AdIQ is a software-as-a-service dashboard that reads performance data from advertising and business accounts you connect, and presents reports, recommendations, and AI-assisted analysis. Recommendations are informational — you remain responsible for every change you make to your ad accounts and business.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by teammates you invite. You must have the right to connect any account or credential you add to AdIQ.
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled from billing settings; cancellation stops future charges but fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal. When a trial ends without a subscription, live data features pause but your settings and data remain.
You own your data. We store connected credentials encrypted and use them only to operate the service for your workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect integrations or request full deletion at any time.
AdIQ depends on third-party APIs (including Meta's). Those platforms may change, rate-limit, or revoke access at any time; we are not liable for their availability or for decisions you make based on data they return.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics can lag, be revised by the source platform, or be incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including advertising losses.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 5–7 survive termination.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
